The WSIE Welcome Team will be awaiting all attendees at the Muscat-Seeb International Airport in an accessible, visible area to show the great hospitality of all Omanis, and to facilitate easy entry and fulfill visa requirements for the Sultanate of Oman.
The following steps will ensure the most convenient entry into Oman:
1. Your timely registration at www.wsie.org
will ensure that all WSIE registration requirements for speakers, attendants, and delegations can be pre-processed prior to entry into Oman. Passport and visa information will be submitted by our Registration Team to the appropriate authorities in Oman. After visas have been granted by the Omani authorities, confirmation of obtaining a visa to enter into Oman will be communicated to all honored guests by the WSIE Registration Team.
2. Upon approval in the Sultanate of Oman, visas will be distributed at the Welcome Desk during the arrival of WSIE attendants.
